1. This is a demonstration website

Nocturne is a design concept built to demonstrate a product website. Nocturne is not a company and does not sell anything. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Nothing here is for sale

The fixtures, names, prices and specifications shown on this site are illustrative. They are not offers to sell. No orders are taken or fulfilled, no payment is collected, and no account can be created. “Add to project” only builds a list in your browser.

3. Imagery

The house, rooms, film and fixtures on this site are computer-generated. They are not photographs and do not show a real property or a real product made by Nocturne.

4. Links to real fixtures

Each fixture card links to a real, similar fixture sold by an independent manufacturer or retailer (currently Kichler, Visual Comfort and Hammerton Studio). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them, and we receive no payment or commission for these links. Their products, prices, availability and terms are their own; please check their sites before buying anything. Brand names belong to their owners.

5. Privacy

• No accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers are used.
• Your project list stays in the open browser tab and is cleared when you close it. It is never sent to us.
• Fonts and media are served from this site, not from third parties.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, for demonstration only, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or from relying on its content. Nothing on this site is professional lighting, electrical or design advice.

7. Use of the site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or copy its imagery, film or code for commercial use.

8. Changes

These terms may change at any time. The date above shows the latest version.
